Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it is never our intention to not deliver products. You purchased a product from us that we import directly from the manufacturer and we provided you with the most up to date information we had at the time. I am sorry that we didn't proactively update you on the initial delay and we should have managed your expectations better. I do hope this has now been resolved for you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, having looked into this it was a case of overselling the product over our expectations. Unfortunately whilst all orders were booked for delivery we made a error with our inventory and there wasn't enough so we had to adopt a first come first served system. Am sorry that left you disappointed on this occasion.
