Am sorry to see that you are not happy with the delivery offered, looking at the tracking the carrier delivered the goods to a neighbour which at this time of year is quite normal to avoid delay. Was this a mistake?

Am sorry, only 1 address was entered for both the billing and delivery address. We were not provided an alternative delivery address can I please put our technical department in contact with you as we have many customers requesting an alternatIve delivery address and have not experience an issue before.
Fast delivery but not very well packed, only a a scrap of bubble wrap around it, not even held in place with tape, and a plastic envelope with no rigidity. I will gift wrap it with better protection...

Am very sorry to hear this, all books should be double packed and should be fully bubble wrapped, I wish you had advised the cover was damaged as we would have of course made an exchange of the item for you. We wouldn't want any product to be delivered damage even less a gift. Please let me know if I can help you. Thanks Vickie
