The base you choose to pair your mattress with can indeed alter the level of comfort and support that you receive and we would be happy to discuss new base options with you. We do however appreciate your concerns and are grateful for your time recently discussing these with us and are therefore pleased we could arrange for a technician to inspect your mattress and check all correct components have been used and are performing correctly.
