We understand it can be tricky opening the box if you have shaky hands, and we are restricted with the laws that are in place to protect children. We do however, recommend that you use a flat surface with a wall to the left side and push your pack against the wall (follow instructions and remove all tabs) and then push the other tabs in and tilt your box upwards and slide the drawer out - this will help with the mechanism and aid a smoother glide of the drawer. Over all if ripping or cutting your packs with scissors and decanting into a container is the best option for you then we totally support you.
