Hi Sarah - thank you so much for your feedback. We really value all points of view -We find fragrance is a difficult one to solve for everyone as everyone has a different preference for smell. We took a long time developing our signature fragrance in order to try to meet the needs of all. In doing so we felt that it was better to allow consumers who liked strong fragrance to add to smol using their softener rather than make it too strong for others. Hi Sarah, so sorry that you have had a bad experience. Everyones has a different sense of smell. As you can see from the reviews many people love the smol scent.
