Hello and thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. I'm sorry for this mishap. We were not expecting the test kits to sell out that quickly. We did post an update to the website with the updated arrival dates which were delayed, and we understand this message was not delivered to all pending orders. This led us to have a larger conversation about this particular backorder situation and we have developed a better plan to inform our customers of test kit delays.
