Great company to do business with, good communication.
Had an issue where one of the roof lights I received was damaged in transit. This was resolved very quickly with no quibble.

Dome and upstand arrived 2 days late. Upstand was damaged. Fixings missing?
The roof dome and upstand I purchased arrived 2 days late (costing me mens wages). The upstand arrived damaged & the fixings to secure the dome to the upstand were missing. Not happy.
