Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Hi George, thanks for your review. It's good to hear that you had a fantastic holiday. On the very rare occasions that runs are closed, we do offer a shuttle service to nearby Avoriaz. We do generally receive good feedback from previous guests regarding this service, however, we'll take your feedback on board in case this situation does occur again. Apart from this issue, we are glad you had a nice family holiday!

food average, wine served by the glass - not self-service so felt quite limited, chalet staff left chalet dirty and untidy for much of the time, chalet itself very nice, childcare team didnt seem...

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are glad you liked your chalet. With regards to the service, cleanliness and childcare team, it's a shame to read on your poor experiences. I understand someone in our office has been in contact with you regarding this. With the vast majority of our previous guests speaking highly of our chalets, service and childcare, there is nothing to suggest our high standards have slipped. Having said this, we'll take your feedback on board as we look to continually fine-tune, refine and tweak our programme each season. We hope to see you again next winter.
