We have looked at all our records and your order was successfully delivered and signed for receipt on the 1st of June 2022 at 13:20. Shortly we will send you on private email the delivery note for your own record.
Mainly, we have not received and therefore not processed a refund for the order.
I would suggest that potentially you might be referring to an order placed with a different company.
We would kindly ask if it is therefore possible to amend the review score.
We are a small company and we cherish every single review which we use to continuously improve our products and services as long as they do reflect the product and experience received.

Easy to order online & easy to phone if necessary. Delivery was within a few days & driver positioned pallet to within an inch as requested even though I wasn't there.
