Hi Mark, We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our product. To address your concern, these are GU10 spike lights. No transformer is needed, they connect directly to mains (as described in the product description). For returns - it is fairly straight forward. We simply ask that the lights are returned as new, in the original packaging in a saleable condition. (In summary, how you would expect to receive the goods, if we shipped the items to you). Hi Charley Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your order arrived late. In the current situation, we have done everything which we can do and shipped the order on time. This delay was caused by the courier, we would assume it was due to COVID-19 and staff sickness. We are working closely with couriers to minimise any delays and we have seen less than 5% of orders delayed. So in fairness to them, they appear to be doing a very good job.
