We’re disappointed to hear your comments regarding the service provided by the local representative and driver, as this is certainly not the level of customer service we expect our partners to provide.
As your transfer was booked through a third party, we would kindly ask you to contact the agency directly regarding your booking. They will be best placed to investigate the issues you have raised and review what happened with both the local representative and the driver, as well as the cancellation and return transfer arrangements.
