Thank you for your message. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and not find your transfer waiting, and we are sorry that our response and communication did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your booking, we were informed by our service supplier that you were registered as a “no show” on the day of your scheduled arrival. This is why the transfer did not proceed as planned. We understand that this situation, combined with the lack of response to your cancellation and your phone call experience, was very disappointing. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and are addressing the matter with our supplier to prevent similar situations in the future. We truly value your loyalty and hope that we might have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our services. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced during your travel to the hotel and for the early start of your return journey. We understand how inconvenient this must have been, especially during the night, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’re glad to hear that you found the bus itself to be good. Please rest assured that we are reviewing our schedules and operations to minimize such issues in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more comfortable travel experience next time.
