Excellent customer service
Unfortunately the shower rail was not suitable. Shower rails4U couldn't have been more helpful and refunded me without any quibble. Would definitely buy from them again.

Received the shower rail, it was tracked all the way and delivery 1day early waiting as I’m getting a new bathroom suit fitted so the rail is not fitted yet, but I’ve check and it looks great can not...

Not too good.
Make sure you have the correct address for your customers. My order was delivered to my previous address - how this happened I don't know.

All reviews are seen by our Managing Director & General Manager. All issues are investigated by our customer services team.

Reference– Your Delivery Address

We have investigated this matter and can see that this order was placed online. When we receive an online order we always despatch to the address provided.
When reviewing our carriers (DPD) tracking I found that they had delivered this to a neighbour so I do apologise if this has caused any inconvenience.
This is something our carrier does as a matter of procedure to prevent customers deliveries being delayed.

Again, thank you for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
