I ordered the item on 17 December 2017. It’s not 3 January and the item has not arrived yet despite the order confirmation saying the item would be shipped within two days. I would not recommend...

Great product at a very good price (Swiss diamond breakfast pan). Have purchased through Home Depot before and have always had quick posting and pricing.
Kept communication up throughout the process which I appreciated. Product was perfect.

I was incorrectly sent a different dinner set then I ordered.
I have emailed about this and no reply.
Still waiting for 2 Vera Wang grey dinner sets,

Item arrived promptly, in good condition, and exactly as described.
It took much longer to be delivered than I had thought. On the plus side they did send an email to advise much later there was a delay and the person I spoke to was very friendly
