Good service but on arriving at the airport, we could have had assistance in finding the destination. Without the SatNav I brought from the UK I would never have found the Villa.
Your staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. The rep for the house was wonderful given the problems she is obviously faced with every time the house is let.

So sorry you were disappointed with your accommodation and felt it was not value for money.
Some properties do have wifi and air conditioning although these facilities are not advertised for Casa Marianina. We will forward your comments to the owner with regard to the fridge and linen but the electricity problems are very likely the result of the infrastructure not being as advanced as in the UK and mainland Italy. We mention this in the information in our brochure and on our website.
Due to its exclusivity, Sardinia is an expensive destination in comparison with most other European holiday destinations and this can sometimes reflect on customers' expectations.
I hope that you were able to enjoy some elements of your stay and thanks for taking the time to give your feedback.
We had a brilliant holiday with Sardinian Places and will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. All contact with the company was excellent and all relevant holiday information...
