No one has ever got back to me regarding a maintenance query about our old balance. I don't have time to chase it but I think that was poor service. Our new one was sent out quickly and hassle free.

From point of ordering to point of delivery; service was quick, clear and pleasing. We were not waiting around for the item and it did not hinder our schedule.
i still have not got my order yet and you are asking for feedback, which is compounding the problem. You took my money under the *information removed by Feefo* and should have them in stock available...

We do our best to deliver all goods promptly.
The customer was advised that the scales would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days and they were delivered in 4 working days.
The test weights were delayed beyond the advised 5-10 working days because the requested Trading Standards Certificate can only be issued by a Government body and the timescale can be variable and outside our control.
Please note that the online sale of goods act does not relate to business to business sales.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this is caused
