Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Im not happy with delivery. I replied on message number 1 for leaving parcel to my neighbour and its delivered to post office! I have no time to go there! That is why i had a delivery to my house.

We can see from the tracking number that delivery was attempted on the 23/02. The tracking history does also show that you have requested this to be left with a neighbour. Apologies this did not happen. We use a third party for our deliveries and will feedback this information to them.

In the meantime, please call our team on 0330 123 1907 and they can arrange for this to be re-delivered.

The benefits of buying in store are not given on line. the example for this is that when I bought colors there were buy 4 and get 1 free offer which was not given to me

Thank you for your recent order and feedback. During our VAT free events we do quote 3-5 working days for despatch due to the volume of orders we receive during these events. We are working to improve this although we would ask that if something is urgent then it may be best to pop into your local store.
