That said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when a favourite incense no longer carries the familiar scent profile you've come to love, especially with a fragrance as subtle and cherished as Sarasvati.
You're absolutely right that Nitiraj incense is known for its light, clean aroma, and many of our customers use their Deity range both year round and at specific spiritual times. We’re more than happy to take a closer look at your packs if you suspect there may be a fault, and we will certainly pass your feedback on to the makers for review.
