Very polite and kind woman answered the phone after I rang up (I can't remember why I phoned - I've had an exciting Easter).

Researching what size etc was easy, I did have an enquiry which was answered promptly. Notification of pick up availability was quick. One negative is I was unable to have it delivered to our Parcel...
