All very good and personalised, well explained- except for the unpleasant Ryanair surprise which I only found out after I'd paid the deposit. It's a means to an end however.
Excellent. From greeting at Porto airport, to tour organisation. First-class air-conditioned coaches. Good, safe drivers.

We are delighted to hear that you had such an excellent experience on the Riviera Rose, from the comfortable rooms and quiet air conditioning to the delicious food and excellent service in the restaurant. It's fantastic to know that the excursion to Salamanca was a highlight and that our staff were so friendly and attentive. We are also pleased that your travel arrangements worked perfectly and that you thoroughly enjoyed your cruise.
The service was good although customer service was slow to respond to a query. I would have liked more information as to the reasons some decisions were made regarding the changes in our itinerary.
