Richard Haworth Limited vélemények

Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you do not like your towels Annette. Madison is one of our highest quality towel ranges found in many exclusive hotels. Please note you have to launder towels before use so they look and perform like in a hotel, otherwise they will look quite flat after transit. However if you do not want to try that on one of the towels to see the difference after washing and tumbling and the goods haven't been used, please do send back to us so we can refund you.

Thank you for the feedback Nicola, you need to launder towels before use as they will look quite thin after being compressed during transit and once washed and tumbled the fibres will tighten and fluff up. However the Luxus is quite a lightweight 500 gsm towel range so if looking for something more luxurious, a 600 gsm Madison or 650 gsm Mayfair are heavyweight options to consider.
