I have reached out to this customer by both email and voicemail. We provide free revisions for 30 days and this customer did not request any, I think she thought our 1st draft was the final draft and never reached out to our customer service or the writer. Writing resumes is a fluid process and requires a little back and forth to get the resume completed. I will update this review as soon as i speak with this customer.

Update: I have left two voicemails and sent two emails to this customer. No response from them yet. Many people do not realize that the 1st resume we send is a draft and that we expect some communication back and forth to get it "dialed in" . Hopefully, she will call us.

I am reaching out to this customer to see what he needs revised. We provide UNLIMITED revisions for 30 days so no customer should ever have a resume they are not 100% happy with. We do however get a lot of really bad suggestions on how to write a resume and after 18 years and a 98.7% success rate we absolutely know what is best put in, or left off a resume. I will revise this feedback after speaking with the customer.

Customer returned my call and we have made the revisions he has requested. For some odd reason, he was not aware that we do revisions at no charge for 30 days. I have asked him to revise his review and am hopeful he does.
