We apologise for any confusion regarding your insurance cover for structural works, we understand there was an oversight during the initial declaration process and we do have to ensure we have accurate information around the nature of the works being completed, to ensure the quote is calculated on the correct basis. We appreciated your patience and cooperation as we worked to rectify the details promptly. After you brought the structural works to our attention, we took immediate steps to update your policy accordingly and confirmed structural work was covered under the policy.
