Thank you for your great review of our Car Hire Excess Insurance. The important thing to remember is that you MUST purchase our policy before you collect the hire vehicle, it cannot be purchased afterwards. Fortunately, our website sells our policies 24 hours a day and you can therefore purchase quickly and at the last moment. We agree entirely about the service with claims and there are a number of reviews on the website commenting on the good service that our customers have received. Car hire companies can charge up to £17 a day for their collision damage waiver or loss damage waiver – our cover is as little as £2.30 a day or £41.99 a year (multi-trip).
