I tried booking with a third party credit card. Just to find out this is not possible with redtag. This part of customer service needs improvement.

Poor Service from call centre
Placed order online and got an email saying that it was being reviewed as I used my credit card to purchase a ticket for my girlfriend. I have previously booked twice with red tag before for trips...

We apologize for any misunderstanding. Your past bookings were in a different system which Diana did not see. Our company policy is that we do not accept third party credit cards. As you had booked with our agency previously we authorized that your reservation could be processed.
