We are sorry that you were disappointed, but are pleased that you took the time and trouble to write to us about your experience.  All feedback from our customers is invaluable.  Requests, such as this, need to be made at the time of booking.  We have escalated this matter to our Management Team who were able to secure authorization to provide each of you with separate invoices, on both reservations.   We will need to know the address your husband would prefer to show on his invoice.  Please provide this information to customerservice@redtag.ca.  Thank you again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review.  We are unsure what transpired on the call with our agent.  Please feel confident, Mark constantly strives to ensure reliable, efficient and most of all competent service to all our clients and assure you of his very best intentions, at all times.  We have reviewed your reservation and see that the flight itinerary booked was a  "multi ticket" purchase.  This means that the first segment from Fredericton to Ottawa was not able to be charged by the airline so we charged the credit card in house and will provide airline with the payment.   The second segment from Ottawa to Fredericton was okay to be charged by the airline directly.  We are sorry for any confusion and upset that this may have caused you.  For any assistance with your reservation please contact our office at 1-866-873-3824
