We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of food & beverage items if toilets are unavailable. It transpires the issue was caused by vandals and normally we would have withdrawn the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays. We are contacting all affected customers separately by email over the next 7 days with an offer of compensation.
