Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

£76 for a one-way crossing on December 25th was outrageously expensive. I am grateful that a ferry was sailing on Christmas Day, but will think twice before sailing with Red Funnel another year.

Thank you for your feedback. We do understand on busy sailing there can be an issue with seating. We have looked into this and are currently improving the facilities as well as seating capacity on the Red Falcon, which will be completed by Easter 2014 Customer Services
