Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

portfolio is ok, it needs to be set out like the NMC templates though. Also you can not copy and paste the information inputted. the online learning is average as well its a shame there are no links...

We are sorry to hear that Portfolio has not met your expectations to date. The NMC templates are available in Portfolio and also you should be able to copy & paste. It is so simple to follow and there is always backup if you have a query. The sections walk you through what you need then once completed download it and send to NMC.
