We are aware this is an issue for clients and have recently introduced stricter controls on group sizes so hopefully this will cease to be an issue for you. More and more we are switching to providing GPS traces for leaders and all leaders have a one to one briefing before leading. Alas we can not control the situation were the leader breaks a leg just before traveling and somebody has to take over at short notice but I hope we are addressing your concerns here. Thanks for your comment - we have actually looked at the possibility of introducing a door to door service on several occasions in recent years. Unfortunately, with holiday participants coming from all over the country, the cost of this service would seem to be prohibitive. We will keep this under review though for the future. Despite your difficulty in choosing your holiday, you have however made a good choice. Having just spent a week at the Hotel Mary in Vico Equense I can assure you that the location, staff and food at the hotel are great and you should enjoy a particularly varied walking and sightseeing programme. There's more to do than you have days to do it; you're in for a great holiday. Watch out for the hotel's own home made limoncello - if NASA ever decides to go back to the moon, this is a particularly tasty rocket fuel. Angus Russell Planning Manager

You'll be pleased to hear that our IT team are already looking at the next version of our online booking process to make it simpler and faster. We're sorry for the difficulty you experienced in trying to use your debit card which would be unconnected to our website - current payment card regulations mean that we are not permitted to process card payments ourselves directly. The law requires that all card payments have to be routed through an authorised secure third party payment card handling system and the card issuer's own security systems as well.
