Thanks for your feedback, we're sorry we weren't able to obtain an extra single room for you for your holiday - apart from one couple, all other bookings for this break so far are for solo travellers. We do try to secure as many singles as possible for our holidays, however these are often the first to go! We're glad you've decided to book and share a place with a fellow traveller and hope you enjoy your visit to this beautiful corner of Wiltshire. Angus Russell Planning Manager

We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your Adagio holiday so much. We're very much aware of the frustration single supplements cause in general and do endeavour to keep these to a minimum; regretfully single occupancy supplements are however pretty much ingrained in hotel pricing schemes thoughout the world, bizarrely often also in rooms designed only for single occupancy. Thank you for your comments about your recent holiday on Lipari. I am sorry you found some of the walking more demanding than you anticipated. I will have a meeting with the leader of the holiday to discuss in detail the difficulty of the walks to see what changes might be made. David Kay Product Manager
