Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - easy to use website - was an issue with the delivery but it was resolved quickly and I'm extremely happy with the way they handled the issue.

Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature, on rare occasion long lengths can be damaged during transit with our courier over long distances. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Products excellent but order came with some items missing and some items damaged by delivery. Customer service were very apologetic and prompt in sending replacements and extra items free of charge
