The discussion the technician had with you regarding your water heater had to do with an anode rod that should be replaced on a periodic basis, as per the instructions in the owners manual for the water heater. This has nothing to do with the water treatment system. We have called you to clarify this. The guy that came was nice and he didn't take too long which I do appreciate but the unit is liking a little and it feels unstable. I am not sure if it is a technical issue or manufacture.
