ProDog Raw vélemények

Hi Deborah, We’re really sorry your subscription did not arrive as expected, and we completely understand how frustrating that would have been. We have experienced an exceptionally high volume of incoming contact recently, which has affected phone line availability at times. However, we do want to clarify that your messages were not ignored. Our records show that you called and emailed at 10:27, then sent further emails at 10:33 and 10:37. Our team responded at 10:47, which was within 20 minutes of your first email and within 10 minutes of your final follow-up. That said, we appreciate that when an order has not arrived and you are trying to get urgent support, the experience can still feel stressful and frustrating. We’re sorry the delivery failed and that the situation left you feeling unsupported. We are actively reviewing both courier performance and support capacity so customers receive clearer updates and a better experience when issues occur. Thank you for your feedback. It has been noted as part of our service review. Kind regards, Team ProDog
