The customer service was very poor. Was promised a delivery date and the item failed to turn up. We ordered the item mid November and it eventually turned up mid December. We won't be using these...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service you received from us. I have spoken to our customer service and products teams to see what happened to delay your order and found that the Jellyfish Laptop stand had in fact been discontinued but the manufacturer had a few left in stock which were being ordered in on a case by case basis as we found many customers were still interested in buying them. The laptop stand was delayed due to the ordering times on this. You should have been notified by customer services to advice you of the delay this would cause to your order and I apologise for this. We have now completely discontinued the product & will not be ordering anymore in to avoid this delay being caused to any other customers. Kind Regards
