I can't fault any of the work or the service that we got from Plumbs or their staff. Their representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed, they gave us a great service.
I spent over £2600 on covers but the curtains I ordered were awful and I am still waiting for my deposit back.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, when we placed your order the supplier had made the decision to withdraw the fabric from their range. All attempts to gain more stock for this fabric were unsuccessful. At this stage you should have been informed immediately that we had an issue and I am very sorry that this didn’t happen. In normal circumstances we find a suitable replacement fabric of a superior quality and you get sent a sample for approval before the order is placed. With regards to the issue of your finished covers, I have put a request in place for your consultant to contact you to inspect this. Once again I am deeply sorry for the problems you have had with your order.

Very pleased with the service, communication and finished product.
Sales man took order and money then failed to collect items for over a month as promised and failed to answer his phone or communicate with us

At the time your order was placed we were experiencing some delays with the fabric that you chose. You should have been made aware of this at the point of order and I am very sorry that this did not take place.
