We are disappointed and sorry to hear you were not happy with your order. Last week the Courier company unfortunately did let us down by not collecting from us on Tuesday (the day your order should have been dispatched) and we do apologise for not informing you of this.
with reference to the sizing - we can only state the size that is marked on the product on our website and give a helpful recommendation as supplied from the supplier - but we will look into this further.
