Thank you for renewing with us for another year and for your positive feedback. Our customers are very important to us, so your comments on our service and product are greatly appreciated. On this occasion it appears that your experience was not without fault, so I have investigated the matter further to try and get to the bottom of the problem. You contacted our office to renew your insurance policy and mentioned that you would require cover on a vehicle that falls into the category of agricultural/plant. It was agreed that this vehicle would need to be referred to the insurer and we would return your call once we had a response. Unfortunately the response was not quick as it had to be referred to the head underwriter. In hindsight my colleague should have contacted you that afternoon to explain the delay and for that I apologise. We were in the end unable to agree this vehicle due to its loaded gross vehicle weight. I will be speaking with staff regarding timescales and if we promise a call at a certain time or date, then we must meet that. Thank you again for your continued business.
