Thank you for renewing your insurance cover with Plan for another year and for taking the time this afternoon to discuss your comments. I think we both agree that there are always improvements that can be made within any company, ideally we would have insurance companies available that offer all types of cover and every eventuality. In your case this was a requirement to insure a £50,000 vehicle, we have sourced the right policy for you but unfortunately the premium was not competitive as is often the case for this level of cover. However I must stress that it is very difficult to find cover for vehicles valued at £50,000, even though we have almost all insurers on our panel to choose from there are only 2 insurers available to us that will offer such a high indemnity level. If the client has one personal vehicle of such value it remains the most sensible option to insure it separately, however if these vehicles are consistently traded then the premium would have seemed more competitive. I hope this and our conversation today has explained the difficulty in sourcing the right price for you and that we have tried our best to get what we can to meet your requirements.
