Thank you for renewing your policy and for your feedback. It is vital in our line of work that we are offering the best service to our customers and if we are not, then these issues must be investigated and rectified immediately. Considering your comments relate specifically to areas in which we keep records, I have double checked the relevant calls and emails, so as to establish exactly what has and has not been completed. I can see that between the 10/03/15 & 12/03/15 you called us 5 times, however on 3 of these occasions the calls lasted for less than 2 minutes and you appear to have ended the calls before you could be transferred to an agent. Unfortunately there are busy spells where all advisers are on the phone, this is why our phone system gives clients the option to request a call back instead of hanging on the line. You spoke with us on 11/03/15 and enquired into adding your spouse, however as discussed with my colleague, this was not a possible addition to a motor trade policy as she has not held a licence for the minimum 12 months required. On the 12/03/15 you called and asked for the quotations in writing and these were emailed across. On this occasion I was personally dealing with your renewal via email on your renewal date 16/03/15. You had received a slightly cheaper quotation from a competitor and you were very kind to give us the opportunity to compete, for which we are extremely grateful. I subsequently agreed a reduction and you renewed your policy that afternoon. I can see in these emails that you were in fact replying to the original email that we had sent you on the 11th, so I can only assume therefore that you did receive this email with the documentation attached. Taking everything into consideration, I cannot see how the comments made are a fair reflection of events.
