Thank you for your recent feedback. All feedback both positive and negative is important to us and I have therefore taken the time to investigate your comments. I note the following: Following a discussion with you on 21/08/2015 you explained that cover was required on 02/09/2015. Later the same day, and on acceptance of the quotation, you requested this be changed to 05/09/2015. At this stage documentation was generated by our sales advisor but regrettably they had not amended the cover start date from the originally requested date of 02/09. On Saturday 22/08/2015 you emailed us to make us aware of the error On Monday the 24/08/2015 we amended the start date of you insurance to the correct date of 05/09/2015 and emailed you the revised documents at 08:45. Clearly there was a mistake on our part and we offer our apologies for this. We are aware from past feedback that most customers accept minor administration errors can and will occur, however they also rightly expect such errors to be corrected as soon as possible. In this regard I am pleased that our sales agent acted swiftly and efficiently to correct the error by the morning of the next working day. Yours sincerely Daniel Severin Sales Manager
