Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

On this particular occasion the insurer made a very slight spelling mistake on your documents, due to this we had to contact them and request that they make an amendment and forward the correct documents on to us. I apologise that you weren’t updated about this. I would just like to assure you that you were insured in the period whilst you were waiting for your documentation to be issued and any claim made in this period would have still been valid, but we understand that these documents would be required to evidence your cover.
