Having reviewed your record with your account handler this morning it is clear that an email was sent as requested as soon as you completed the policy with us. Our system sends all documentation by email as soon as the policy is completed, our system shows it was sent at 5:18pm. Due to our email address being recognised as a business/sales some email provides will filter our first correspondence to your junk folder. Reegan has called you this morning, left a message and sent an email to confirm the email was sent and to check your junk folder. If you could look at that at your earliest convenience and confirm to Reegan that you now have everything as requested it would be much appreciated. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service and product supplied to you by Plan Insurance Brokers; I have read your points and following our telephone conversation this morning I can confirm the following; The policy we sold you is referred to by your insurer as a ‘Chauffeur’ Policy however I can confirm the policy does cover you for the work you do in Three Rivers as a private hire driver. As discussed I believe there may have been some miscommunication from sources outside of Plan Insurance Brokers whom have stated their belief that you must not take any cash as a Chauffeur; and as confirmed this is not the case with the policy we have provided you. We understand there are some insurance providers in the current market who cannot provide policies for private hire drivers who have any element of cash work but in this case the policy supplied by us has no such restrictions. In response to your comment regarding the replacement vehicle; the vehicle supplied to you is subject to availability. The wording guarantees you a fully plated like for like vehicle subject to availability. After our discussion on the phone this morning, I understand you require a meter fitted to your vehicle which the insurer can promise to you subject to availability. We work with a well established accident vehicle supplier and we actively monitor the performance of the products we sell. I am pleased to confirm that the Guaranteed Vehicle Hire policy we have provided you with has been very popular with both new and returning customers and has high levels of customer satisfaction.
