Thank you for your feedback. Campsites and parks on Pitchup.com determine their own policies regarding how they collect the rest of the balance payment. As stated on the policies section of this listing, on the booking page prior to completing your booking, and on your booking confirmation email, the rest of this balance payment is due on arrival at the campsite. site we booked through you was expensive for the facilities that were available. Portaloos, showers were in portacabins, and the one we tried was cold, very inferior chemical disposal and cold water...
