We are very sorry that you feel the way you do, it is never our intention to make people feel that way. Unfortunately the fee increase is unavoidable, the changes that the government have made to what an agency can charge a tenant has made it hard for all agents and landlords. We have not done it to line our pockets but simply to stay afloat so we are sorry that you feel that that was a bad thing. In relation to the poor workmanship we would hope that you have drawn that to the attention of the property managers, we take that kind of thing very seriously and any contractor providing poor workmanship will work for Pinewood no more. We hope that we can reinstate your previous confidence that you had in Pinewood and thank you for the feedback, we treat feedback as a gift and use as a way to improve wherever possible. Everyone i deal with in Mansfield and Chesterfield is always helpful. Your polite reply endorses that. I take on board your comments about the government fees. Unfortunately the maintenance issue wasn't resolved. Scott was polite in correspondence but your contractor was unreasonable in my opinion. He did a poor job which has had to be completely replaced. I will continue to use pinewood as this is my only gripe. I will use my own contractor though. Many thanks.
