Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your delivery. Looking into this, I can see your order was sent direct from the manufacturer, we contacted them to chase this up for you but unfortunately the goods had been lost in transit so they arranged for this to be resent for you.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with your delivery. Looking into this I can see that the item you ordered is a special order item and it does state on the website to allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Don't use this company!
Only used PBS at the suggestion of my builder. Items weren't delivered on the day as the advertising suggests. Spoke to a person about my complaint but she was dismissive that the items should have...

Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature on rare occasion goods can be damaged in transit with our courier over long distances. We can see you have been in touch to report the damages with us and this has been rectified.
