one of my parcels went to germany by mistake then was delivered to an empty flat without signature, the second one was also late and not at the collection point we arranged until a few days later...

Many thanks for your feedback. You've sent 3 shipments with us. 2 were on time without any issues and the 3rd was late due to no one being at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. The driver tried the address you provided twice, with no one available so we then contacted you and made arrangements for the parcel to be dropped into the nearest UPS Access Point for the recipient.
Are you perhaps thinking of another delivery company, as your comments don't seem to match the experience we provided for you? If we can help at all, please let us know.
