Could not fault their delivery service. Collection on time, tracked, and delivery on time too. Half the post offices price? I presume my large parcel has arrived intact as no complaints.

Initially, I had a card saying that I was out when they called. I was not. However, they did return the same day. The parcel was then delivered promptly and I received a message to that effect.
