It was great to speak with you on the telephone regarding this matter. I left negative feedback with regards to an issue I had with both Octane and Auto Express magazine a gentleman named Duncan Broom contacted me and has been brilliant and gone out of his way to correct the problem I had with both magazines . The problem I had has now gone away and I am a very happy customer looking forward to reading both magazines .
