I'm sorry your order didn't arrive in time with the gift recipient. This was unfortunately due to the item being lost in the post. I can see that the seller has issued you with a full refund and has also sent out a replacement to the gift recipient which they will hopefully receive shortly. I hope this has gone some way to apologising for the disappointing experience you've had with this order.
